Leading issues experience by restaurant and café guests Australia 2023
In a survey conducted in 2023 among consumers of goods and services in Australia, the leading issue experienced by restaurant and café customers was lack of staff or poorly trained staff at the venue. Furthermore, around 30 percent of those surveyed reported issues with the quality of food at restaurants and cafés they had visited.
