Smartphone loyalty cards opinions 2016

This statistic shows the results of a 2016 survey in which respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked how their perception of a loyalty program would change if they were able to save plastic loyalty cards to their smartphone. Among those surveyed, 20 percent said they would have a much more positive opinion of the loyalty program and 32 percent would have a somewhat more positive opinion. The largest proportion of respondents (41 percent) said that changing to smartphone loyalty cards would have no impact on their opinion of a loyalty program at all.
