Global app consumer spending in first half 2019-2023
During the first half of 2023, global users spent approximately 67.5 billion U.S. dollars on mobile apps, app subscriptions, and in-app purchases. This represents an increase of over five percent compared to the corresponding half of 2022 when users worldwide spent approximately 64.1 billion U.S. dollars on mobile apps. In 2022, the mobile market ecosystem experienced slower-growing trends due to unstable digital market conditions.
