House price index in Romania 2020-2022

The House Price Index (HPI) measures price changes of all residential properties purchased by households. The lowest inflation rate was in the 3rd quarter of 2020 at -2.6 percent. In the 4th quarter of 2022 it registered a growth of 2.5 percent compared to the previous quarter.
