In 2022, the sorting method that yielded the most significant impact on conversions was sorting by the highest rating, leading to an increase of over 181 percent. Following was sorting by most recent comments, contributing to a conversion lift of nearly 172 percent. Conversely, understanding the factors behind lower ratings was also instrumental in helping consumers in their decision-making process.
