Quarterly online luxury shopping via computers in Europe 2018-2023, by age
In the third quarter of 2023, around 77 percent of affluent consumers aged between 18-39 and roughly 70 percent of those aged 40+ used computers and laptops when purchasing luxury brands and services in Europe. According to the results of the survey, since the start of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the use of online channels via computers and laptops increased across both age groups.
