In 2020, 83 percent of respondents globally expressed that thermal scanners used at boarding gates and while boarding would immensely improve their confidence. In addition, 85 percent of respondents believe that staggered boarding would be of huge significance in improving their confidence at the boarding gate and through boarding process.
