Share of population by country that were current smokers in the UK 2022

The number of current smokers within the UK for each country are shown to be relatively consistent with one another as of 2022. The population of England was shown to have the least amount of current smokers, at approximately 12.7 percent of the total population. Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales all had approximately 14 percent of their population currently smoking at the time of survey.
