Retail technology impact on shopping experience in the U.S. 2022
According to the results of a survey conducted with U.S. consumers in May 2022, among the technologies used in the retail industry, consumers found tap-to-pay mobile apps to be the leading retail technology that had the highest impact on shopping experience, with 66 percent of rating this technology positively. Online chatbots, on the other hand, was not received well by as many by consumers.
