Volume of crude oil produced in West Africa 2013-2022
In 2022, crude oil production in West Africa amounted to over 1.6 billion barrels per day. The producer-countries considered were Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, and Niger, in order of largest producers. In comparison to the previous years under study, the oil production in the region fell to the lowest level as of 2022.
