This annual publication by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL) and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements focuses on the agricultural organic industry. The included statistics and figures are based on the most recent FiBL-IFOAM survey on certified organic agriculture worldwide and include a broad overview on farming area, production and trade. In addtion, numbers on selected crops are provided and the latest standards and regulations concerning organic farming are explained.
