More than half of app users have uninstalled or avoided an app due to concerns about personal information

Complied by the Pew Internet & American Life Project, this 2012 study examines privacy and data management among mobile device users in the United States. The paper highlights consumers concerns about apps that acccess personal information, as well as data back-ups and location-tracking features.
