Desire for more racially diverse superheroes among kids/teens U.S. 2018, by ethnicity
The statistic shows the share of children and teenagers who want to see more sci-fi superheroes who look like them in the United States as of August 2018, sorted by ethnicity. The findings reveal that 83 percent of African American girls aged between 10 and 19 years old said that they wanted to see more superheroes that look like them, and 78 percent of Hispanic girls said the same.
