In 2023, the export volume of beauty and personal care products from Brazil increased by over 23 percent compared to the previous year, amounting to roughly 236,000 metric tons. In contrast, the import of this type of product reached 89 thousand metric tons. In terms of value, the Brazilian beauty and personal care imports totaled roughly 830 million U.S. dollars that year.
