Mexico accounted for more than half of the sales generated by Alsea, S.A.B. de C.V. in the fourth quarter of 2023 During those same months, Europe was the second most important market for the Mexican multi-brand restaurant operator, with a share of sales of 31 percent. Furthermore, coffee shops were Alsea's most profitable segment at that time.
