Share of individuals that would go cashless in selected European countries 2017
The statistic displays the finding of a 2017 survey that questioned the need of cash in today's society across thirteen countries in Europe. Respondents were asked whether they agree with the statement "If it were up to me, I would go completely cashless." In Turkey 42 percent of respondents would go cashless if they could whereas only 21 percent of individuals questioned in the United Kingdom (UK) agreed with the same statement.
