Italy: preferences for selected food labels in 2017
This statistic shows the degree of preference for food products with certain labels among the Italian adult population in 2017. According to the study results, the majority of Italians tend to avoid preservatives, color additives and GMOs (45, 43 and 38 percent of respondents respectively). By contrast, one in four respondents stated that they were not influenced by any of these labels when shopping for food.
