This statistic displays the results of surveys of GB adults in Great Britain (GB) from August 2016 to March 2018, regarding their perception on whether GB will be worse off or better off economically after leaving the European Union. In the most recent surveyed time period, the share of respondents believing in a positive economic impact of Brexit has been at its lowest with fewer than one fourth of respondents believing the UK to be better off after leaving the EU. By comparison, over 40 percent of respondents were sure that GB would be worse off economically.
Do you think Britain will be economically better or worse off after we leave the European Union, or will it make no difference?
