Great Britain: non-specialized store sales value index 2012-2022, by retailer size
Between 2012 and 2018, the sales value of large non-specialized retailers (such as department stores) in Great Britain gradually increased and reached to an index point 101.8. However, value of sales in large businesses in this sector declined since then and measured at an index point of 98.3 in 2022. In contrast, the sales value of small non-specialized retailers increased overall from 2013 onwards and reached to an index point of 128.6 in 2022.
