Preference of family communication method of adults in the UK in 2014, survey
This survey shows to what extent adults agreed or disagreed that they preferred to talk to family and friends face-to-face rather than by phone or email in the United Kingdom (UK) as of November 2014. While over 80 percent of all respondents agreed they preferred talking to friends and family personally, still over a fifth of those surveyed said they to use the phone or email.
