Most desirable features of mobile shopping apps among Indian users in 2023
In a survey conducted in June 2023, the majority of the respondents stated that faster load time and a simple interface were the most desirable features of mobile shopping apps among users in India. Meanwhile, personalized experience was the next most sought-after feature of shopping apps, as indicated by 57 percent of the respondents.
