Major issues faced by Indian users while using mobile apps in 2023
In a survey conducted in June 2023, 40 percent of the respondents stated that multiple notifications were the major issue experienced while using mobile apps in India. Meanwhile, slow buffering/loading time was the next major issue, as indicated by 38 percent of the respondents.
