Sector that benefitted the most under Modi regime India 2024
In a survey conducted between December 2023 and January 2024, more than half of the land-owning farmers and landless agricultural workers felt that big businesses benefitted the most under BJP-led NDA government. Over 14 percent believed that their sector benefitted during the government's tenure. The survey was conducted weeks before farmers decided to camp at Delhi borders for the second round of protests against the government policies.
