Cost of SVOD and traditional pay TV services in the U.S. 2024

As of early 2024, the top ad-free SVOD services Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Peacock combined cost nearly as much traditional pay TV in the U.S., with 99.42 U.S. dollars compared to around 105 dollars. By contrast, subscription streaming services with ads cost around half the amount of a pay TV service.
