Vacancy rate of office real estate in Colombia 2022-2023, by city
The vacancy rates of office real estate in Colombia between 2022 and 2023 declined in three out of the four cities observed. In the second quarter of 2023, Barranquilla reported the lowest vacancy, at 5.8 percent - less than half of the vacancy rate in the same quarter in 2022. The vacancy rate for office real estate in Cali was 11 percent in 2023, up from 10.5 percent in 2022.
