India: fleet-average carbon dioxide emissions of electric vehicles by manufacturer
In 2022, Suzuki boasted the lowest fleet-wide carbon emissions in India, at an average of 124 grams of carbon dioxide per kilometer. Following Suzuki, Hyundai and Renault both had a carbon emission level of 136 grams per kilometer. In contrast, Mercedes-Benz's light-duty electric vehicle fleet had the highest emission level among other automakers in India, with 184 grams of CO₂ per kilometer. The Indian fleet-average emission was recorded at 138 grams of CO₂ per kilometer.
