Share of U.S. college students who rated their mental health positively as of 2022
A survey of college students in the United States in 2022 found that 46 percent of respondents rated their mental health as only fair or poor. Furthermore, LGBTQ+ students were much more likely to rate their mental health as fair or poor than straight students. This statistic shows the percentage of college students in the United States who rated their mental health as excellent, very good, good, fair, or poor as of 2022, by gender, race, and sexual orientation.
