According to a survey on online media usage in South Korea in 2022, online television proved to be particularly popular among 20 to 49 year olds, with the majority of respondents in those age groups stating to use it. For the other age groups, this share was also at least 50 percent, with the exception of respondents aged 70 and older, for which the share of online TV users stood at around 28 percent.
