Facebook account effectiveness in companies in South Africa 2019-2022
As of 2022, like and share counts were considered the most frequent methods among South African companies for measuring the effectiveness of their Facebook accounts, as 50 percent of those voted for this method. This marked a noticeable decrease in adherence to this method compared to the previous years, especially 2019 when 75 percent depended on it. Click-through rates was the second mostly depended on method in measuring account effectiveness with 46 percent of the companies citing it, followed by mentions and comments at 43 percent.
