Main worries about technology's impact on jobs in the future in China 2022
A survey conducted in March of 2022 revealed that respondents in mainland China had greater concerns regarding the impact of technology on their future work compared to global employees. Around 49 percent of Chinese respondents said they were mostly worried about their lack of opportunities to learn from colleagues with advanced technical skills, the employer not teaching them relevant technical skills, or themselves having a limited capacity to learn new technical skills. In comparison, only 35 percent of respondents worried about their role being replaced by technology in the near future.
