Main agricultural constraints in Tanzania 2019-2020
Climate change affected agriculture the most in Tanzania, according to households involved in agricultural activities. During the census conducted between October 2019 and September 2020, a household share of 18 percent cited droughts and floods as the major constraints to agriculture in the country. Cost of inputs and access to land followed as most referred obstacles to agricultural activities.
