Import value of consumer goods into Sub-Saharan Africa from China 2010-2019
In 2019, Sub-Saharan African countries imported consumer goods from China for a total value of around 2.58 billion U.S. dollars. This was the highest import value since 2010 and about the same value as the previous year. The imports of consumer goods from China into Sub-Saharan Africa fluctuated in the period under review, peaking in 2019.
