In 2022, it was estimated that around 1.3 percent of children and adolescents in the United States aged 0 to 17 years had experienced Long COVID. At that time, girls were more likely than boys to report having Long COVID. This statistic shows the percentage of children and adolescents in the United States who ever had Long COVID or currently have Long COVID, by gender.
