Top video streaming monetization models according to business owners worldwide 2022
According to a survey conducted among subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) companies worldwide in November 2022, 41 percent of respondents said they had a hybrid monetization model combining a tier with ads and a premium tier without ads. This was followed by 23 percent of respondents saying their monetization model consisted of free services with ads, while 22 percent cited subscription-based services with ads.
