South & Central America: average cruise trip duration 2019
In 2019, approximately eight out of ten cruise tourists originating from Central and South America traveled for up to a week. In contrast, around five percent of the region's cruise travelers had a travel duration of two weeks or more. That year, nearly 60 percent of Central and South American cruise passengers were aged 40 years or older.
