E-shopping rate of people aged 15 to 25 years, after an in-store visit in France 2019
The survey asked the young French generation aged 15 to 25 if they consulted online shopping sites after having visited a physical store in 2019. Almost 60 percent of the respondents stated never engaging in that activity, whereas 31 percent did it sometimes. This relates back to the fact that most consumers reported that they would rather shop in store, when it came to their favorite products. Another result showed that people often referred to online customer reviews before buying products either in-store or on the web.
