The majority of Latin American respondents who participated in a survey by IPSOS claimed to be hopeful for what the year 2022 would bring. Up to 90 percent of Mexican respondents said they were optimistic that 2022 would be a better year for them personally than 2021. Among the countries surveyed, the most skeptical in the region about 2022 turning out better than 2021 were Argentinian respondents, with just 79 percent.
