The annual consumption of ozone-depleting substances significantly decreased in Russia over the time period observed. The volume of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) consumed in the country ranged from approximately 843 kilotons of ozone-depleting potential in 2011 to under 290 kilotons of ozone-depleting potential in 2018. Since 2015, Russia did not consume chlorofluorocarbons.
