Paid paternity leave length in Europe 2016

The amount of full-rate paid leave offered for fathers in Europe varies by country. In Portugal for instance, new fathers can expect to be given 12.5 weeks of full paid leave, while in five European countries (Cyprus, Czechia, Slovakia, Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland) there are zero full-time weeks off for paternity.
